Our home is conveniently located near many of Jacksonville's attractions. With easy access to Butler BLVD and I-295 you can get where you need to go quickly. We are also conveniently located to Mayo Clinic (less than 2 miles away) and Jacksonville Beach (4 miles away). St. Augustine is only a 45 minute drive away. Historic Amelia Island is also under an hour drive away making it another great day trip destination. We believe that you will feel right at home in our bungalow. With a large screen TV in the living room and the second master bedroom guests can watch two separate shows at one time. We also provide guests with high speed wifi throughout the home. The main master bedroom has a comfortable queen memory foam mattress which will help you rest up from a long day at the beach. There is also a fireplace in the master if you happen to stay during the winter months. The master bedroom has a walk in closet as well as two large dressers for guests to use. The main master has a double headed shower which makes getting ready a breeze. The second master makes it easy for multiple couples to stay in the house together comfortably. There is a queen memory foam bed in the second master as well. The third bedroom has a queen bed as well as a desk in it and is right next to the third bathroom. The fourth bedroom has queen bed in it for additional guests. Guests are more than welcome to use any of the kitchen supplies if they feel like eating in. As our guests you will have the entire house to yourselves. All four bedrooms and three bathrooms will be available for your use. You are also welcome to make yourselves at home in the backyard as well where you will have access to a hammock made for two and a fire pit if you feel like roasting marshmallows. There is also seating for eight people outside between the front porch and back patio if guests do decide to enjoy some time in the peaceful outdoors. We will be available through phone and airbnb as needed, but the guests will be able to come and go as they please thanks to the keyless entry for the front door. We live in a very friendly, family oriented neighborhood. It is not uncommon to see people out walking, running and riding their bikes through the neighborhood. There is a park nearby that has a jungle gym for kids, a paved track around the outside for running or walking and public tennis courts. Because we live in a family friendly neighborhood, we kindly ask that ALL guests observe quiet hours after 9pm to respect our neighbors. No parties are permitted on the property. Jacksonville is the largest city by land size in the contiguous United Stated, so a rental car is HIGHLY recommended. However, it is always easy to find an Uber or Lyft if you do not want to rent a car. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park four cars if you do decide to rent. There are countless shops and restaurants within a 5 minute drive from our house including Publix which is just over a mile away making it very convenient to grab supplies for dinner. We will leave a list suggested restaurants for our guests to help guide their decisions.
