The Rocky Point is an American owned adults only boutique hotel located in beautiful Puerto Peñasco Mexico, since 2018. Coffee is available each morning . Our guard gated custom home community is centrally located near local hot spots, including the beach, restaurants & nightlife. Enjoy your stay on top of the iconic Whale Hill overlooking the Sea of Cortez in the 7,000 SF home, offering 7 private unique en-suites to choose from. The space "The Master" (1 of 7 en-suites) is a beautiful spacious suite for two overlooking the Sea of Cortez from the 2nd level, accessible by stairway. It is our only en-suite located directly off the balcony. The en-suite boasts ocean views, a king bed, walk-in closet, walk-out balcony, and in-room temperature controls. Enjoy satellite TV (Dish), WIFI, & mini fridge. The large private bathroom boasts a walk-in double shower, bidet, & garden tub, complete with soft linens and complimentary toiletries. * Please click on our profile photo to see all 7 en-suites to make sure you select the one that best fits your needs. * The Master has a keurig coffee maker available in the suite. There is also coffee available in the coffee corner. * Note: The balcony is available for all guests' enjoyment from 8AM to 8PM. It is available only to "The Master" occupants from 8PM to 10PM. The balcony is closed from 10PM to 8AM. We ask that all guests honor "quiet time" from 10PM to 8AM to ensure rest and relaxation within the home. * Be sure to read guest reviews for our various en-suites. Guest access Along with your private en-suite, guests may enjoy access to the lobby, balcony, coffee corner, and loft area. The balcony is available for all guests' enjoyment from 8AM to 8PM. It is available ONLY to "The Master" occupants from 8PM to 10PM. The balcony is closed from 10PM to 8AM. We ask that all guests honor "quiet time" from 10PM to 8AM to ensure rest and relaxation. Please choose the one that best meets your needs. * No smoking, pets, or unregistered guests on-site. 2 guests over 18 per suite. * Security cameras are located @ entrances & common areas. * We do not have any outdoor electrical outlets or offer car charging at this time. LATE CHECK-OUT fee: If you have not pre-arranged a late check out of $20 per hour (only if available), there is a late check-out fee of $25 that will be assessed for every HALF hour after 11:00 that housekeeping is not given access to suites.
