Our beaches are open! Located on the 6th floor of Saida IV condominiums, our warm and inviting beachfront 2 bedroom condo has true island atmosphere. It comfortably sleeps 8 and has a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer for your convenience. Tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, pool side bar, beach and umbrella rentals. Our internet connection gives has the bandwidth you need for 14 devices to conference on Zoom or 20 devices to stream Netflix. Guest access We don't keep an owners closet so all closet doors including the door to the washer and dryer are unlocked and located in a closed in the guest bedroom. You have full access to the recreational area (pools, hot tubs, etc.) There is no charge for using the pool lounge chairs. The beach chair and umbrella rentals are operated by a concession. Just take a seat and the cabana boy or girl will come to your for payment. Other things to note Linens: 8 large bath towels 8 washcloths 1 hand towel per bathroom 2 tea towels in kitchen Sofa sleeper sheets, pillow cases, & pillows are provided if you notify me in advance that you will require use of the sofa sleeper. Paper products: 1 Start up roll of paper towels, 2 start up rolls of bath tissue in each bath 1 box facial tissue in master bathroom Soaps: 1 laundry detergent pod for each day of stay 2 automatic dishwasher tablets for each day of stay 1 three oz bottle dish washing liquid several 1.5 oz hand soaps in each bathroom Maid Service: Maid service is available for an additional charge and can be requested with 24 hours advance notice Towel exchange: Our property manager offers a free towel exchange at their off site laundry located about 1.5 miles from our property. Towel delivery: Towel delivery is available for an additional charge Parking: 2 Free parking permit is included in rental.
