The spacious backyard features a fire pit & a BBQ. There is an enclosed back porch, a living room with a wood stove & a media room with 55’ screen and high quality audio. I interact as much or as little as guests like. I am happy to give guests tips on local activities. One of the best things here is how quiet it is, if you need to recharge yourself. You will be surprised how nice it is to get away from city or suburban life to enjoy the clean air, quiet and wildlife. Please be aware that there is no public transportation, other than local taxi service. There is no Uber or Lyft available. The nearest train station is Fredericksburg VA. Guests will need a rental or personal automobile to reach this destination. This is a perfect place for walking, running and biking, due to low traffic on side roads, plus clean air and natural beauty. Golf carts can be rented and are popular for getting around town. Bikes are good too. The house is 1.5 miles from the town center / beach/ boat ramps, with part of the way being a trail closed to cars, so you don't have to walk or ride a bike on a busy road.
