Our ultimate goal: helping guests feel "at home," which we do by being friendly and providing: Fast Wi-Fi, clean surfaces, privacy, quiet for sleeping, safe neighborhood, convenient recreation, natural beauty. Also: pool, fire pit, media room, basketball, excellent running, biking/walking area. Beach is 1.5 miles away The space Two things top the list of guest concerns on a trip: cleanliness and a great bed. Then there's also safety, serenity and privacy. We provide all of those. Plus, you don’t have to do anything before checkout: no emptying trash, doing laundry, etc. This room has 1 Queen bed, and there is an air mattress available, if you need two beds. There is also another bedroom which you can book on Air BnB under the title of "Quiet and Clean Homestay." Both rooms are ideal for long term stays. Guest access Feel free to cook in the completely equipped kitchen. Feel free to use the refrigerator, dishes and appliances. Enjoy the landscaped swimming pool area. (Memorial Day to Labor Day) The spacious backyard features a fire pit, basketball hoop and we have board games. There is an enclosed back porch, a living room with a wood stove & a media room with 55’ screen and high quality audio. During your stay I interact as much or as little as guests like. I am happy to give guests tips on local activities. Other things to note I am occasionally away from the house for a few days, During this time, if there is anything urgent, I will return to assist or have someone else help you with the problem.
