Little Red House - Walk into Grapevine's History

Our little red house is within walking distance to historic Christmas Capital of Texas and close to the airport. From the large enclosed backyard, you can hear the music playing at the festivals throughout the year. This original cotton field home has been completely renovated and welcomes all visitors. The back yard is next to be renovated. It is secure and large. Enjoy. Due to new regulations in the city of Grapevine, rentals shorter than 30 days are no longer allowed. The space Our home was one of the original homes in the area and sat on the cotton fields. Over time, the two bedroom home was made into a three bedroom as the family grew. The quiet neighborhood and large yard allows for quiet nights and peaceful days. While the access to downtown Grapevine and local transportation to the entire DFW is just a short walk away. On top of that, all the artwork has been created by local artists. Think of the house as a mini gallery - everything is for sale if you want it - just ask. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. They will not be sharing with anyone but those in their own party. The only space not available is a shed in the back yard - that is our wood working shop. We do not use it while guests are present, but it does help us prepare to vend at the local festivals. The yard is large, spacious and secure with great fence. It is the next area to be renovated as the weather permits. Other things to note In the past, we have had a guests that acted in a less than respectful way while staying at our house. In rare cases the neighbors have been forced to call the police to address their behavior. Please know that if this happens during your stay, you will be asked to leave immediately; without a refund and without regard for time of day or night.
