Amazing get-away in the beautiful Florida Keys! This property (constructed in 2018) is a haven for families seeking to escape to paradise year-round. Situated on a deep water canal with ocean access and enough dock space to park your boat for the week. A floating dock is also provided with kayaks. Enjoy the large pool or ping pong table, or lounging in the sun! Beautiful Sombrero Beach is within walking distance (approx 1.5 miles) via a paved bike path. The space Prepare your fresh catch at the fish cleaning table and then throw it on the grill. The spacious, open concept interior of the house allows for fantastic family entertainment opportunities. Please note that the owner’s boat occupies the lift behind the house. There is 30 feet of dock space remaining for guests. Guest access Guests will have access to everything at the property with the exception of the owner’s boat, the locked garage, and select locked maid’s closets and cabinets. Other things to note Beach towels are provided; beach items (umbrellas, chairs, floats, toys, snorkels etc are not). Bose Bluetooth outdoor speakers A Keurig k-cup coffee maker is provided Paper products, toiletries and laundry detergent are not provided.
