The Lake House presents a 1150 ft waterfront loaded with all the toys and a FULL Arcade in the basement. Celebrity Greens Par 3 Golf Hole and 9 Hole Mini Putt Course ONSITE. Four Kayaks, Two Canoes, and Paddle Boat. These toys sit along a 100 Ft dock with a 20ft x 20ft deck on it. Hot Tub also available with fee and request. WiFi - Very Strong for working onsite. The space The Lake House is now virtually a Mini Amusement Park directly onsite and lakeside funtivity is continuing to grow with the added 9 Hole Mini Putt Course brand new for 2025. The Lake House is built on a 22 Acre property with the entire bay of Moira Lake surrounding its beauty. This makes for a very private and luxurious setting in North Country, Madoc, Ontario. We also own other Cottages which can be combined for Weddings, Family Reunions, Milestone Birthdays and Large Events. We can accommodate weddings and large family gatherings with our cozy resort at Moira Lake Cottages, The North Shore and Moira Lake Motel to have a maximum of 60 guests when booking all of our cottage rentals. Important property maintenance is required and may occur on a day of your rental in our schedule. IF AMENITIES ONSITE ARE NOT WORKING OR DOWN FOR SERVICE WE WILL NOT REFUND OR DISCOUNT MONEY FOR YOUR STAY. WE WILL HOWEVER ALWAYS TRY OUR BEST TO HAVE THEM SERVICED AND READY FOR FUN !!! NO PETS ALLOWED. Winter Ice Rink - Olympic size Rink- Winter only weather depending. The Lake House is within a 5 minute drive to Madoc Village for all of your essential needs including Grocery stores, Tim Horton's, McDonald's, Subway, Pharmacies, Restaurants, Hardware stores, Hospital Clinic and Gas Stations. Guest access All garbage is to be IN GARBAGE BAGS and disposed of across the road in our disposal bin. If garbage is left on the property and it is not contained within a garbage bag, a $250 penalty will be deducted from your deposit. Please note group bookings should always bring their own large garbage bags, paper towel and napkins as our supply is limited to some guests. Guests have full access to the Outdoor grass area with multiple fire pits and Dock with Entertainment Area. FIRE WOOD IS NOT FREE BUT CAN BE PURCHASED DAILY. MOTOR BOAT CAN BE RENTED DAILY FOR $120 PER DAY ***maximum 3 people per boat *** Other things to note Please leave the Lake House as clean as it was when you checked in. All dishes and utensils cleaned prior to check out. VERY IMPORTANT!!! Please remove all recycling in BAGS and dump daily in the public recycling cans on Pine Point Lane ( Location is on the way in and out ) All garbage is to be IN GARBAGE BAGS and disposed of as per our house rules in our large garbage bin across the road beside our white storage tents. FIRE WOOD IS NOT FREE Please remember to bring firewood but if you would like to purchase wood at the Lake House it is available for $30 per day with limited use of wood. CAMERA'S ARE INSTALLED ONSITE FOR SECURITY & LIABILITY FOR INSURANCE. Please leave all pull out couches folded out with bedding used on the floor in front of the beds so that our cleaners know what couches have been used. We thank you very much !
