Living room with comfy couch, perfect for reading a book or even take a nap. Full Bathroom with hot shower, towels, toilet paper, shampo and soap. Beautiful kitchen, equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker so you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Basic cooking utensils and condiments. Dining table. Fans, clean blankets, hair dryer and washer/dryer upon request. One parking spot reserved for guests inside the garage's property, your car will be safe! Guest access This apartment is located on the 2nd floor, above host's main home. The apartment is independent and has its own private entrance, as shown in pictures. Other things to note There are stairs inside the apartment that lead to the host's house downstairs, but these are blocked by a door that is permanently locked. The guest will have privacy at all time. No house parties or events allowed, quiet time hours from 10 pm to 8am.
