Enjoy the Views of the Sea of Cortez from the full length upper Patio or the courtyard of your personal lower level patio. The home has no homes in front to block your view and you are only steps away from the beach access. Plenty of room in this home for 12-16 people The space We installed fiber optic WiFi in 2020 and the most amazing connections are now available to work or connect while on vacation. The home is located in Las Conchas which is only five minutes from town. The kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, living room area and master with king size bed in the master bathroom is upstairs. Downstairs you will find three bedrooms with King bed in one room and 2nd room two bunk bed sets of full on bottom and twins on top and 3rd room with two full size bunks and a twin day bed. **2020 We added a new sunroom with a family room sitting area, TV access to Netflix is available for those lazy nights and access to the washer and dryer. **2021 updated AC units and bunk beds downstairs** Wonderful home right across the street from the beach. Well appointed living area and extra large master bedroom. Guest and kids bedrooms are downstairs for privacy. Large yard and patio area with built in Charcoal grill in the outdoor kitchen. This home is less than a 1/2 block from the front gate and security. You can't go wrong by taking a look at this. You're going to love this cozy beach house!! Guest access You have access to the Casa Jeske 2 inside and out, there is many extras in the outside storage area like beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest and boogie boards. Downstairs is three outdoor tables and chairs for dining and enjoying family. Outdoor kitchen area with built in Charcoal grill, kitchen sink and outdoor shower. Outdoor fire pit area in the backyard as well as cornhole games. Dolphins and whales are here in Jan-March . No smoking in the home outside only please !! We are not responsible for Mother Nature and the issues she may bring. We will do our best to correct them during your stay but water shortage issues in town have been an issue when the town has a high occupancy but this is not an issue on a normal basis. We will always remind you to conserve water during your stay. 10:00pm curfew in the neighborhood for loud music
