IN CASE OF NOT FOLLOWING THESE RULE, SECURITY WOULD REACT. IF BAD BEHAVIOR PERSIST , POLICE WOULD BE CALLED. ANY VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE RULES IS CONSIDERED SUFFICIENT FOR TERMINATION OF YOUR - USE AND ENJOYMENT OF UNIT AND FINE STARTING $50 up to $100 EACH ONE. Vacationers will comply with all local laws, ordinances and community rules, regarding the use of premises. AT NO TIME, shall the occupancy of the unit exceed original numbers of guest registered a $150.00 fine would be added Vacationers should keep a quiet environment, any disturbances could result on police action. HOLD HARMLESS Owner attempts to properly maintain the vacation rental, the vacationers agrees to immediately notify owner of any maintenance problem, so that situation can be remedied as soon as possible. owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control, this includes but not limited: Mechanical Failure such Pool , Jacuzzi, Television, DVD, Cable, Internet, Water city or building problems, Electrical city or building problems Vacationer would be responsible for any clog drains, or damages done to bathroom, kitchen or electronics for negligence. Owner should NOT be liable for any injuries that may occur to vacationers renting during their stay. Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationers belonging during their stay. NO GYM ACCEES is only for building owners LATE CHECK OUT unauthorized after 11:00 am there will be a charge of $50 per each hour , starting at the clock. Stains in bed sheets or cover will be a penalty of $25.00 per set plus $35 for Mattress cover is the stain goes there. $25 fee for breaking any lock on cabinets or closet plus $100 for all values of personal food stored there. .
