RELAXING & EXCLUSIVE Spacious and comfortable villa in the heart of Rosarito Beach situated in La Paloma Resort Community, with easy and private access to both pool and the beach. IDEAL FOR HOLIDAYS WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: A clean and modern furnished condo with a living-dining area. The bedroom has a Queen bed (all pillows and mattresses are covered with allergen and protector covers). The living room has a Queen sofa bed. The place can accommodate up to 4 people. Both the living room and the bedroom have separate TVs plus Cable and Smart TVs (Netflix, Youtube, Hulu etc.). Wireless Internet (WiFi) available in the unit exclusively for the unit. There is access both in the unit as well as access through the club house through HOA. All your needs to get the maximum out of a relaxing holiday/get-away at Rosarito beach, as well as work if needed. THE UNIT FEATURES: Fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, 6 burners cook-top stove, Coffee maker, French press, blender, microwave as well as plates and cutlery for 4 people. Full bathroom with shower (and hairdryer). Bath towels for each guest (bring your own beach towel). Onsite laundry facility. One nice sized closet, PLUS 1 Iron and an ironing board. 2 Beach chairs and beach umbrella. THE RESORT: La Paloma Beach Resort is an beachfront community with stunning Baja California Sunsets! The property stretches across 15 acres of ocean front land! OTHER AMENITIES ON LOCATION INCLUDE: La Paloma offers a world of amenities. Safe community with 24 hour security patrol, 4 swimming pools and 1 shallow pool for young children, 4 steamy Hot Spas, 3 clubhouses, Tennis courts, Children's' playground, gym with shower facilities, pool tables, Barbeque grills, walking trails with lush gardens and tranquil courtyards. Since La Paloma is BEACHFRONT, you will have private and direct access to Rosarito beach where you will be able to relax to the gorgeous views of the Pacific ocean. NOTE: Check-in time is from 3 pm on-wards. We may be able to accommodate early check ins- but this is dependent on prior guests reservations and cleaning. We use an electronic lock system where we give you a personalized code to open the door (emergency option available), so after 3 pm you can arrive as you please. Same with check-out. One must check-out by 11 am, which is flexible depending on bookings for that day. No key needed just a code to open door. Guest access Guests have access to all amenities at the resort as long as HOA rules are respected. Other things to note WiFi is available through the resort clubhouse. The signal isn't easily reachable from condo, but we have our own Wifi within the unit. Router is located in the bedroom near the window. The unit can only have 4 guests max onsite at any time. Example - If there are 4 guests listed on the roster for me staying the night. There can only be 4 and no guests will be allowed. Another example- if there are 2 guests on the roster for the night- they may have 2 guests maximum for the day but not overnight. HOA rules are very strict and we are regulated and fined if the rules are broken. Please respect the rules established by the owners of La Paloma.
