Resting in a quiet neighborhood, this charming 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment sleeps up to 8 people and is situated in the heart of Providence and is very close to everything the city has to offer. The space This apartment is located on the first floor of a three story residential building with its own private entrance. The space is well suited for big and small families or groups of friends looking to spend time together in this great City of Providence. It accommodates up to 9 people with two queen size beds and two full/double beds and a twin size futon in the unit. There are plenty of utensils/plates and pots and pans but if you need any special cookware feel free to request so. My place is set about 2 miles outside of Downtown Providence and some of the best restaurants/bars and lounges the area has to offer. ADDITIONAL RULES: NO PARTIES ALLOWED NO EXCEPTIONS! Thank you for booking with us! By booking your reservation, it implies full acceptance of the house rules: PETS: The fee is $15 per pet, per night-limit two pets. You will receive an Airbnb money request when you book. There is a 50lb weight limit per dog and $20/per night fee. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside. Pets are not allowed to remain unsupervised for more than 6 hours when/if left home alone and must be crated. SMOKING: NO Smoking (except outdoors and please be respectful with ALL smoking waste/trash).
