Within walking distance to a popular local winery, and a close drive to several other wineries, breweries, restaurants, hiking trails, antiques, and more. Owners renovated cottage focusing on detailed custom woodwork. A king size bed & cozy interior are sure to impress. Whether you are visiting for a wedding, exploring wine country or in need of a quiet setting, we invite you to enjoy! The space Enjoy our beautiful cottage while exploring some of the area's best wineries, breweries, restaurants and hiking within only 5-15 minutes from cottage. While at the cottage we recommend relaxing on the sofa, taking a stroll up Furnace Mountain Road or down to Creeks Edge Winery, sitting at the beautiful outdoor fire pit, drinking coffee watching the country road from the front porch, relaxing and reading a book in outdoor hammock. Guest access Along with the entire cottage itself - the entire property is yours to enjoy. The property is a small corner parcel at the edge of a tiny village community next to the woods. Other things to note -Water is on a well, well is new! If you are staying for more than several weeks you will need to notify us if pressure drops, easy for us to change the water filter to keep the pressure up. -We are in the country and near the woods, therefore there can be animals, bugs, depending on the time of year we do see lady bugs and are prone to brown marmorated stink bug. -We are a PET-FRIENDLY rental and charge a minimal pet fee. However, please note that if there is excessive pet hair left on our linens, an automatic $100 fee will be applied. We recommend not allowing your pets on the furniture or bedding. If the comforter and linens are covered in pet hair, they might need to be thrown out completely. We will do everything, we can to assist you so that this is not an issue. Responsible pet owners should have no problems—we travel everywhere with our lab! -Internet, Electricity, TV, Road Conditions, Snow, Ice etc. cannot be guaranteed if there is a problem with the provider. -Reservation must match the number of guests at any time. Pets must be on reservation as well. -No Exterior Loud Noise or No Gatherings or Parties of any kind, and no non-registered guests should be one the property at any time. -Please note the staircase is very narrow and steep leading to bedroom -Water at cottage can have a sulphury smell due to natural mountain minerals -This rental is managed by Waterford Reservations LLC, when booking this property all guests acknowledge that any and all disputes, settlements etc. will soley be made with Waterford Reservations LLC, Air BNB and no others for any reason.
