Lost Garden apartments for families

THE FAMILY HOST is a project for families traveling to Barcelona with children and looking for a very quiet space close to downtown and the beach. Our building offers apartments of various sizes for multigenerational families, with specific hours of activity to respect the rest of the little ones. It has a large shared terrace where guests can relax after their city excursions, with magnificent views of Ciutadella Park and Barcelona. The space The building has an elevator and a furnished shared terrace, exclusive for guests staying in our different apartments, with access from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM and views of the Ciutadella Park and the city. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor, and the terrace is on the 6th floor, so to access it you have to go up one floor by stairs. On the terrace there is an area with 3 washing machines and 1 dryer for clothes, available to guests. It is a very quiet building, 100% focused on families with children, with very strict rules. Points of interest: Parc de la Ciutadella, Arc de Triomf, Zoo, Born neighborhood, Picasso Museum, Santa Maria del Mar Church, Gothic Quarter, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza Real, Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the beaches of Barcelona. Guest access To make your arrival easier, we leave you some basic products for the bathroom (gel, shampoo, toilet paper) and for the kitchen (coffee capsules, oil, salt, soap, sponge, garbage bag). Please note that these items are a courtesy kit and are not replenished during the stay. There is a supermarket 100 meters away to get whatever you need. There is one set of towels per person (shower + face). Laundry area: from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Detergent not included. A cleaning service can be arranged separately. IMPORTANT: TOURIST TAXES: The tourist tax of €9.50 * person * night is not included in the price and is payable upon arrival. It applies to people over 16 years of age and for the first 7 nights of the stay. Another increase is planned for October 1, 2026. Optional services (with prior reservation and subject to availability): - Extra cost for late check-in, payable on arrival: from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm: 30 euros from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM: 40 euros There is no check-in option after 1:00 AM. - Baby Kit (Crib + High Chair): 25 euros. To book 2 or more units, you must first check with the property, as different policies and additional supplements may apply. On holidays (such as San Juan on June 23, Christmas and New Year's Eve on December 24 and 31), check-in after 8:00 pm is not allowed.
