Plus, central Air & Heat (no floor or window units) and Tankless hot water heater, so never run out of hot water. Sleepy Hollow is just a short walk to the Ruidoso river and just minutes away from area activities, skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, hiking, shopping, dining, casinos, paddle boating, state parks and the 3rd longest zip line in the world! Hike through the back yard, walk through the Upper Canyon, relax on the front porch and watch the wild life, enjoy the steamy, sparkling clean hot tub and grill on the back deck. A quick drive or casual walk to both uptown and midtown Ruidoso for shopping, dining and night life. You will enjoy having your morning coffee on the cool front porch. Home does not accommodate more than 4 adults well. More than 4 adults over the age of 18 requires an additional fee. **Your pup is welcome with pet fee. Dogs only, no other pets permitted. ** It is the responsibility of our guests to have 4WD, snow tires or tire chains during inclement weather. No cancellations due to weather as this is a four season and ski resort area, unless road closures or Village police or fire declare roads unpassable. **NOTE: due to the Coronavirus nationwide situation, Ruidoso restaurants may be closed or limited for dine in. They do offer take out and delivery. Masks and social distancing required at all times in town. We cannot guarantee or promise what will be open or closed. *NOTE: early check in may not be available due to the extra over and above the normal disinfecting our cleaning staff is doing. You have seen the comments about how clean our cabins are, but we wanted to be sure its over the top clean! ****Though not required, we highly suggest guests purchase "cancel for any reason" travel insurance if you are thinking you may have to cancel due to covid or any other situation. Unfortunately we cannot act as your insurer and reservations cannot be refunded when they are inside the cancellation policy. Refunds will only be processed if there are specific travel regulations in place that will affect your trip or if more than half of your adult guests, or your children, have tested positive within 15 days of the check in date.
