With 45 m² of space, you can expect a luxurious and romantic atmosphere, ideal for couples or small families (up to 3 people, or 2 adults with 2 small children on request). Highlights of the chalet: Living area: Cozy area with a decorative fireplace, a stylish oak table, and access to the balcony. Kitchen: Fully equipped, modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and a fully automatic coffee machine. Bathroom: A private wellness oasis with rain shower, bathtub, and high-quality natural stone tiles. Balcony: Small, sunny balcony with breathtaking views of the mountain landscape. Features: High-quality oak parquet flooring and underfloor heating throughout create a cozy atmosphere. Work area: A workspace can be set up at the dining table. Guest access As our guest, you enjoy full and private access to your chalet. In addition, our exclusive communal area is at your disposal: * Private access: The entire 45 m² chalet, including the large balcony, is available for your sole use. * Outdoor wellness: Relax in our wooden hot tub or in the spacious garden sauna for up to 8 people. * Garden & fire pit: Enjoy the spacious garden with various seating areas and a fire pit with grill plate. * Children's playground: A paradise for children with a ground trampoline, tree house, swings, sandpit, climbing frame, table tennis table, and various outdoor games. * Ski cellar: In winter, a ski cellar with ski boot heater is available. Free sleds are also available (subject to availability). * Laundry room: Washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge. * Parking: A reserved parking space and a charging station for electric vehicles are available for a fee. Other things to note Family-friendly: On request, we are happy to provide a baby cot, high chair, and changing mat free of charge. Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and confirmation. Larger groups: Are you traveling with friends or a larger family? Our two identical larch chalets (1+2) can be booked together. This allows you to enjoy time together with the necessary privacy. Wellness: Please observe the rules for the whirlpool and sauna, which are posted on site.
