Perched high atop one of Petersburg's many hills, this beautiful Italianate Mansion enjoys a birds-eye-view of historic Petersburg. The home is nestled among beautiful trees and landscaping in a quiet, peaceful setting. We are located a half mile away from the town square. The space This spacious & cozy private main floor suite has direct, handicap access to a brick patio & parking area. Enjoy the large bay window sitting area and the natural light it provides throughout the suite. The Oak Room features a king bed, handicap accessible bathroom with walk-in shower, mini kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. Access to the main house is easy through the Library/Office area or the kitchen. This is also a pet friendly room with a $25 non-refundable pet fee. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire suite including the large bedroom, sitting area, and full bathroom in addition to the communal space: gourmet kitchen, two parlor rooms, card/game room, patio, outdoor space, dining room, and laundry room. During your stay We've taken special care to make sure we've provided everything that you'll need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, but if we missed anything, feel free to call or text. We're never too far away! Other things to note -This is a non-smoking property -You are welcome to treat the kitchen as your own. We ask you to please cleanup after yourself and place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before you check-out. There is no need to worry about your linens or stripping the bed, we will take care of that. -Up to two Small/Medium Dogs under 50 lbs. are allowed in The Oak Room with permission from the property manager and an additional $25 non-refundable pet fee which will be invoiced separately from your initial reservation. No more than two dogs per stay.
