It includes Wi-Fi, access to the fitness center, business center & DVD library, coffee or tea in the clubhouse, and use of in-room safe. If you plan to bring pets, $125.00 Pet Fee is extra, per pet per week; bringing a pet must be declared in advance for the pet friendly unit to be requested. Last minute reservations do not guarantee a pet friendly unit. Special requests are accepted, but accommodations are based on a first come, first served basis with no guarantees. Every effort will be taken to honor all requests if available. Charges may be incurred for special requests such as upgrading from a one- bedroom to a two-bedroom, or upgrading from a partial kitchen unit to a full kitchen unit. Roll-away beds, cribs and highchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must request items at check-in and may not be reserved in advance. Charges apply. Housekeeping services are not included. Guests are asked to dispose of trash in several conveniently located sites on property. Mid-week cleaning is available upon request at a charge. A mid-week cleaning includes beds being made with fresh linens, removal of trash and replacement of liners, exchange of all bath and kitchen linens, and the vacuuming of the unit. Unit towel or linen exchange may also be arranged for a fee. A $75 fine is applicable for units left excessively unclean. Designated units meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
