During the off season daily rentals are available (minimum of 3 nights). Our 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath condo has everything you need! Families Only! NO GROUPS! We rent FRIDAY to FRIDAY. Minimum stay Memorial Day to Labor Day is 7 nights. This 4 unit condo is steps from the ocean and walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. The Jolly Trolley is close by to take you to Rehoboth for more fun, the boardwalk, nightlife and a myriad of eateries. On the 1st floor is a master bedroom with a King bed and full bath (renovated in 2022). The second floor is the living area with a fully equipped kitchen (renovated in 2021), spacious family room/dinette area, and 1/2 bath. The floor plan is open and bright with 3 sliding glass doors (leading to the 2nd floor deck) to let all that gorgeous sunshine in! The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a new Casper mattress. The attached full bath was renovated with a walk-in shower in 2022. One room has 2 bunk beds- twin/twin and full/full. The 4th bedroom has a queen. On the 4th floor is the private roof top deck with gorgeous views of the ocean and the bay! This is the perfect rental for families or groups of adults. Sorry you must be 25 or older to rent. Dewey Beach has very strict policies about noise and underage drinking. You are welcome to use the entire condo. Dewey is a small beach town with plenty of bars and restaurants in walkable distance. Let me know if you need any recommendations! The Jolly Trolley is available at the end of our block. It will take you into Rehoboth for a nominal fee. There are 4 parking spots available in our driveway. Street parking is available with permit only during the summer season.
