No ca The space This is a clean, rustic 2 story cabin with a spiral staircase separating the two levels. Ideal for a couple or a small family looking for a private getaway. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a queen size bed and a private bath. The second sleeping area is downstairs in an open common area, outside the master bedroom and has a set of bunk beds and a full size Murphy Bed that pulls out of the wall. Recommended for a maximum of 4 people. Guest access You'll have access to the full cabin and the private dock. Boats and dogs are welcome. Other things to note LICENSED SHORT TERM RENTAL: Haley’s Point is one of the few Vacation Rentals licensed by Hall County and the State of Georgia to operate and collect taxes. This is important because the county is cracking down on unlicensed businesses and any illegal rentals could be cancelled with no notice. MINIMUM AGE: Responsible parties must be at least 25 years old and provide a copy of a government issued ID per the Hall County Short Term Rental Ordinance.
