The Boshoff Comfy Spot

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. It offers a couple or single visitor an open plan lounge, fitted kitchenette with countertop 2-plate stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, cutlery and crockery. a work space/dining area, private entrance and free parking. The bedroom offers the option of a kingsize bed or two single beds and has a bathroom with a corner bath, basin and toilet. Free wifi and TV with Netflix included. Room charged per person not per room. The space The Comfy Spot is one of 3 units in our main building and one of 5 units on The Boshoff's property. The space is exclusively used by the guest and no part of the living area is shared. The gated entrance and parking area is shared with one other unit. During your stay We are more than happy to assist with any issues arising during your stay at The Boshoff. We are usually very responsive on our mobile and messaging. Other things to note The Comfy Spot is charged per person per night (not per room). Our house rules are of special importance to us. In an effort to maintain our excellent relationship with our neighbours and for the safety of all of our guests on our property, we don't allow visitors other than those paid for and checked in (no exceptions), no excessive noise is permitted and quiet time between 22h00 and 06h00. Since we don't live on the property our check in times are specific between 2-6pm and late check ins are strictly by prior arrangement of no less than 24 hours before check in only. Check in between 6-9pm will incur a late check in fee of R250. We do not accommodate check in after 9pm (no refunds).
