The entire house would be yours with a patio ideal for outdoor grilling and reunions. Guest access Access to the 18 hole golf course, public pool, and a bar all within walking distance. House also comes with a washer and dryer, grill, and smart tv. **Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee Other things to note Note: Smoking is allowed on the patio, there is a fee for special cleaning if smoking in the unit takes place. The Sofa converts into a bed to allow additional guests, we also have folding beds for rent if needed for additional guests. **There is an additional charge after 6 guests of $25 per person per night, please document the correct number of adults, children under 18, and pets, we monitor the occupancy via public areas cameras, it is always cheaper to document the correct guests in your party at the time of making the reservation. There is a 30.00 USD charge for special cleaning for pets, we have guests with extreme allergies to pets, these funds are not profit for us, we use the funds to pay the professional cleaning company, to remove fur and dandruff from furniture and other areas, please clean after your pets when taking them for walk or while in our patios. (The house can sleep, 10 people based on COVID recommendations).
