Our sunny Harbor Country home is surrounded by woods at the end of a private street and is walkable to Lake Michigan. 7-day Saturday to Saturday rental only, please. We are a 15-min walk from the Union Pier/Berrien public beach, 5-min drive from New Buffalo & Sawyer, 10-min drive from Three Oaks. There is even a pickleball court outside the front door! Occasional trains only add to the atmosphere. Owners stay on premises in their separate, upstairs studio from time to time. The space Rentals at Sandhill House are by the week only from Saturday to Saturday, May 1st to September 30th. We are open to renting off season by request! You will enjoy a screened-in front porch with French doors opening from the dining room/kitchen for mosquito-free open air meals. Our kitchen is made for chefs! It is well-equipped with pots/pans, utensils, etc. - everything you will need to create delicious-ness. There is also a gas grill on the back deck and fire pit on the patio for easy s'mores access! If you don't know how to play pickleball, don't worry - it is super fun and easy to learn. We provide paddles and balls so you can give it a shot. The area is very bike-friendly so bring your bikes. We have multiple parking spaces available in front of the house, but we do not allow parking on the pickleball court, thank you! There is no parking near the beach, so if you have a ton of stuff, but don't have bikes, you may want to do a drive and drop and then walk back over.
