There are no shared spaces or HVAC on the premises. Guest access Guests have access to large patio with BBQ, the backyard, they can enjoy beautiful nature around the house and walk near Pimmit Creek. You can park up to 4 cars on the driveway near the house as per Check- In instructions. You will have full access to the kitchen, two dinning areas and two living rooms, a balcony and one designated garage. You can use a workplaces with desk and chairs. As a Maison Blanc tenant you will have access the wrap around desk, patio, grilling area and yard and have no access to locked areas. There are "no shared spaces" in or on the property. Basement level and garage not available. Please follow the CDC protocol, guidelines for your visit. The each level of the home has it's own completely separate Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems. Other things to note 1.3 miles to DC at Chain Bridge 5 min drive to Safeway, shopping center with Starbucks, Rite Aid Pharmacy and several restaurants 5 min to tennis courts, soccer field, running track and children's playground (Linway Terrace) 5 min to historic Canal Road which is awesome foe biking, fishing, renting a boat etc
