Our condo has 1 master bedroom with a king-sized bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, and has three SMART TV's, WIFI, washer and dryer, as well as 2 sofa-beds in the living room and two bathrooms. Our condo is minutes from the beach and near the entertainment district for dancing, dining or drinks. All of the bedroom, living room and dining room furniture is new. Water Park is also minutes away. Ground floor unit means you don't have to carry all of your beach items up-stairs! No heavy lifting... The parking is right in front of the ground-floor condo. Pots and pans, plates and utensils are provided, as well as a dishwasher. You can eat-in as often as you would like. Our condo is available for long-term rentals for Winter Texans at a special rate. We provide in and out key service and cleaning service. Code for keyless entry will be provided! South Padre Island is private and cozy. Everything is minutes away. Our condo is near everything on the Island, there is a convenience store a half a block away, a liquor store a half a block away, Whataburger two minutes away, and most importantly, our condo is a half block away from the beach. Free Shuttle is just down the road to take you everywhere on the Island. There is a beach access very close by so you can walk to the beach in minutes with all of your beach gear. The beach access is very nice and picturesque. The sand is white and very HOT during the summer. You can come and go to the beach in minutes: return to the Condo for lunch (or to go to the restroom) in minutes. The street is normally very quiet and tranquil. The Wave South Padre Island Shuttle Service is minutes away. South Padre Island is a very unique place. The beach is usually sandy, white and wide, and the water very warm from late Spring to early Fall. The Island welcomes thousands of visitors a month, and the stores and restaurants are very local.
