Sleeps 8. Come spend some time in a charming country home situated on 55 acres of rolling green fields & hard-wood groves of a working, family farm. Open concept design allows friends & family to enjoy their time together as they rest from a day spent fishing on South Holston River, or area lakes. We are just minutes away from access points to the Appalachian Trail, & VA Creeper / Mendota Biking Trails. Never a dull moment, or sit awhile! The space This country home provide plenty of space for friends & family. Kitchen, equipped, has served many meals for family & friends. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest access Guest have access to all common areas of house: kitchen, bath, & living areas. Bedrooms available based on # of paid guest. Other things to note We love to share our family farm. However, it is a working farm, and as such, we must designate "off limit" spaces which include, but not limited to the barns and equipment sheds. Small children must be supervised at all times. NO PETS ALLOWED.
