A spectacular getaway. The space The house and property are on a bluff above private Irish Beach with 180-degree ocean and beach along the Mendocino County coastline. The house is quiet and private at the end of a cul-de-sac. It has a detached two-car garage (let us know if you want to use it). It's fully furnished with two bedrooms (king-size beds), two full baths and a new fold-out sofa bed in the living area. It has large skylights, high ceilings and hardwood floors. Appliances are late-model top-of-the-line brands. The kitchen has granite countertops, a wine refrigerator and a walnut-paneled breakfast area. We have a 65" Roku-enabled TV with included DirectTV service and access to streaming services using your account. The house has high-speed wifi and and easily handles video and voice communications. There is easy beach access by 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the private Irish Beach, which extends six miles to the south of the Irish Beach community. PETS: We welcome dogs. No cats or other animals. Please pay the $135 fee for one dog at booking. If you want to bring two, the fee is $185 and the added charge will be requested from you at time of booking. PLEASE REVIEW the dog rules in the House Information section before booking. Ticks have been reported in the area and we suggest taking necessary precautions. Restaurants, stores and a variety of recreational activities in Mendocino County are within easy driving distance. The Mendocino County site and other travel sites are good places to start. The area does not permit RV or camper hookups. Guest access You'll have use of the entire home and use of the garage if requested. Other things to note There is a charcoal BBQ (bring your own charcoal), an electric fireplace, full washer dryer, a new fold-out sofa bed, and a Nest-controlled central HVAC system. Short stairways to living area and deck have handrails. Step stools are available for the beds. You may bring up to two dogs. The fee for one is $150 and for two $225. Please pay for the 1st dog on booking and state that you're bringing a 2nd dog in the booking comments section. We will request the additional $75.
