The apartment is about 85 m² and is located on the 1st floor of the annex. You can stay with us with up to 6 people. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and electric stove with glass ceramic hob, microwave; various small appliances are also provided. In the combined dining and living area there is a dining table with six chairs. The living room is equipped with a corner sofa and TV. The adjoining roof loggia to the south with seating is the highlight of the apartment. The three bedrooms are divided as follows. Two bedrooms with double bed (160 + 140 wide), a separate children's room with two single beds. A sofa bed is also available. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and toilet. In the apartment, there is a satellite TV with hard disk receiver and Wi-Fi. The medieval townscape of Rothenburg and Dinkelsbühl or the two highlights in Bad Windsheim are worth seeing: the Franconian Open Air Museum and the Franconian Thermal Baths. The Franconian Lake District is also worth a day trip. The city of Nuremberg with its castle and museums is a good day trip. The Playmobil Funpark for children and adults is an experience. For the children we offer a fenced playground with swing and slide on our farm. A pony and two donkeys are looking forward to walks.
