Amazing Luxury Beach Villa with unbelievable, million dollar views. This place is truly lives up to its name Villa Paraiso (Paradise Villa) with its enchanting 'Big Sur' views. This beautiful Mediterranean style villa is an awesome place to relax. This unique, beautiful Mediterranean style villa was designed by an architect (the son of the famous Mexican artist Jose Orosco). This modern yet rustic gem is 1800' sq. ft. and has high ceilings with dark wood beams. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 3 gorgeous ocean view decks. It sleeps four comfortably with 2 queen size beds w/ super soft sixteen hundred count sheets, but it also has an inflatable queen aero bed for additional sleeping. Sleeps four comfortably. 3 oceanfront decks over looking a beautiful beach below. Please note that we have amazing views that are like a birds nest of the entire coast. Having these views means you will need to drive a short distance to the beach access area below. There is no direct walking access but the drive is short and easy. We are available to chat via email or cell. We also have a property manager who lives near to us and is avail. for the guests while they visit. It is a quiet, peaceful, beach front neighborhood that is very relaxing. Close to several cities, but not located in a busy business area. Great local restaurants nearby. We have several uncrowded sandy beaches near our place so going to the beach is relaxing. We are also a short drive away from the Baja wine country where some world class boutique wines are now being made. A wonderful day trip out to the wineries and then back to our place to relax on the front deck. Our coastal views are really special. FYI, the access to the beach below us is currently NA due to construction, however, at the community below us. Getting to the beach is just a short ride to the bottom of the hill and accessible from the community below us. Ask out Property manager how best to access. You will need your own transportation while visiting. There is no public transit outside of local cabs to take you around once you are there. If you don't have a car (as you are flying into San Diego) Advantage rent-a-car in San Diego has car rentals that they allow over the border. Totally worth it as it is an easy drive down to our Villa. • In the Winter & Spring you can see Grey Whales from the front deck. You can watch dolphins play in the waves below year round. • If you want a massage or couples massage set up in our living room we have a company that comes and sets up in the villa to give massages with the soft sound of the surf below. Separate cost. Contact owners direct and be note avail only with proper notice. • Remember that this in Mexico so please bring your own drinking water or pick some up at the local markets. House water is clean but for showers and cleaning.
