It is a perfect place whether you come to visit the city or to commute downtown for work or study as it is located very close to the main avenues in a residential area. It has everything you need to feel at home, a full kitchen, laundry area, patio, a totally independent entrance, and you'll have a place to park your car if you need it. The space It has a large, well-equipped room that has 2 single beds, climate control, a closet, and Roku TV: enjoy the premieres and series of Netflix, Disney+, HBO MAX, and Amazon Prime. And of course a desk where you can work and/or study comfortably. Just 5 minutes away (and 10 minutes walk) you will find all kinds of shops (Oxxo, Soriana, etc.), shopping malls and department stores (Plaza Fiesta Anahuac), public transport as well as schools and libraries and the UANL a few minutes further on. And of course I'll be there if you need any help with anything.
