In our humble unit 1312 (13th floor, Tower 1), you will find simple comforts. Relax on the balcony with nature’s view or inside on the flat screen TV with 50+ channels and Roku. The high speed Wi-Fi internet won’t disappoint if you’d like to check messages or surf the web during a break from the fun. If cooking is your pleasure, our fully equipped kitchen is perfect with studio sized 4 top stove & attached oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dish washer, refrigerator, and more. We typically cook and eat in the condo so have it stocked with many cooking gadgets, dishes, and utensils that we would need. Just bring your groceries & supplies. After a long day out, clean up in our full size bathroom with fresh towels and hair dryer. Just bring your favorite toiletries & supplies. Other amenities include central heat and air-conditioning, code protected entrance for peace of mind, nestled away from the breezeway and roadways for tranquility, and breathtaking view from our private balcony. Guest access As a Guest of the Majestic Beach Resort, you will have access to the amenities and conveniences in both Tower I and Tower II. RESORT AMENITIES include outdoor pools, outdoor enclosed baby & toddler pool, indoor heated pools, outdoor hot tubs, poolside restaurant & bar, beach access, observation deck, lounging chairs, picnic table, indoor movie theater, winter and summer activity programs, game room, outdoor tennis & pickleball, fitness center, and outdoor grilling area. GUEST CONVENIENCES include a marketplace with Starbucks coffee, ice cream, light meals, and other necessities. Beach lounging chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach during the warmer months. There’s always parking in the covered parking garage with security monitoring. There are two above-ground, covered and temperature-controlled walkways to the resort buildings from the garage. Luggage carts and unloading/loading zone in the parking garage. Front row handicapped parking spaces at the unloading/loading zone in the parking garage. Quick 15 minutes unloading/loading area in front of the resort buildings on the ground floor of Tower 1. Feel safe with the resort’s 24/7 security that you can call on any time.
