Guest access Guests have 24/7 access to the building, including: - Check in at reception, please present your passport/ID card with the same name as the reservation - The building has two gates, main gate at 45 Dang Thi Nhu Street - Reception works from 07:00 to 19:00 daily - There is a security guard in the lobby to support you 24/7. Security guards are ready to communicate with you and can talk to you through the gogle translate tool, If you need help, don't hesitate to talk with them - The building has three lifts that our guests can use - GREAT rooftop pool with a direct city view. The pool area on the 21st floor is ready to use from 6:00 to 21:00 daily. - The fitness club on the mezzanine floor is open from 6:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 22:00 (12:00 to 13:00 closed for cleaning) - The lobby has many chairs, so guests can rest while waiting for check-in or check out - Guests can leave their suite case at the front desk and take it before 20:00 @another note: ***NO SMOKING in the room.
