Charming & Luxurious Casita by the Sea ~

This one-of-a-kind casita has been fully remodeled in fine European Spanish charm darning a chic spacious kitchen, 3-piece bathroom, romantically draped canopy bed dressed in luxurious linens, a wood burning fireplace, quaint garden patio w/fountain & bistro table, a private roof top palapa w/ full pano ocean view & custom queen size bed swing and barstools w/dining perch, etc... all within a short distance of steps that lead down to our private beach for miles of walking when the tide is low! The space You'll park in front and enter through a private keyless entrance into the chic new kitchen equipped with a comfortable dining niche' for two! The kitchen has been appointed with the following new features i.e. duel burner gas cook top, (no oven) a microwave, mini fridge w/freezer, toaster, toaster oven, air fryer, blender, food processor, wine fridge and dedicated coffee & tea bar. You'll often find the coffee bar set up with complimentary gourmet Italian espresso beans, a lovely selection of teas, hot chocolate, cookies, chocolates, oatmeal packets, etc.. enjoy! Once you pass through the kitchen you'll be captivated by the bedroom / living room space as it is as romantic and LUXE as they come! The queen size draped canopy bed sits on an authentic antique Turkish oushak rug and is dressed in layers of luxurious hand curated linens that reflect the seasons to include feather down pillows, faux fur blankets and high thread count cotton sheets. The bed faces a new wood burning beehive fireplace next to a pair of french doors that lead out onto a quaint garden patio with Spanish tile water fountain and bistro table & chairs. Around the side of the casita you'll have access to the rooftop palapa with the affixed ladder leading up for a full panoramic view. You'll have use of a pair of barstools with pop-up dining perch to enjoy a bottle of wine while catching one of our incredible marmalade ocean-view sunsets and a truly comfortable queen size swing bed perfect for long naps after walking our private wet sand beach when the tide is low. The living space includes a pair of comfortable leather bergere’ chairs and ottomans w/ lap blankets perfect for relaxation while watching the new 40” Roku tv packed with movie and music apps while enjoying the warmth of the fireplace and sound of the waves crashing from just beyond the patio. The modern amenity three-piece bathroom is equipped with a micro cement and Moroccan tile shower stall large enough for two with excellent water pressure, hand painted talavera vessel sink vanity, polished nickel faucet fixtures and new elongated Kohler toilet. Grab the provided beach towels and head out to the stairs that lead down to our very own private wet beach perfect for long walks, swimming and surfing when the tide is low! So, if you’re looking for a romantic stay, a place to recuperate after a medical procedure or just a place to rejuvenate, I will help make your stay everything you need it to be as it’s truly my absolute pleasure to assist! In addition, I also offer a menu of luxury specialty experiences which include, but are not limited to, “The Luxury Treatment” (an all inclusive specialty package), romantic evening packages, fresh flowers, champagne, CAKE!!, gourmet charcuterie boards, flights of tequila, professional in-house massages, etc, etc.. that all take place in the comfort and privacy of the casita! Guest access Our Rancho is a private gated expat community with 247 foot guard security for a safe and secure stay. We have vast panoramic ocean front views with stairs that lead down the cliff to our private beach for miles of swimming and walking during low tide. During your walk you’ll likely find beautiful shells, sand dollars, sea anemone and the occasional starfish. (Please be advised there are no lifeguards on the beaches in Mexico) Other things to note Puerto Nuevo is a small fishing village known for its lobster approx 45 minutes from San Diego / San Yisdro border located approx 10 miles south of downtown Rosarito and nestled between Popotla and Primo Tapia with La Fonda, La Mision and Ensenada just further South. Spend the day in our wine region “Valle de Guadalupe” where you will find exceptional vineyard tasting rooms and world renowned farm to table restaurants. Ride horses on the beach, surf and rent quads at the dunes. Or, take a drive to Ensenada which is about 50 minutes south along the most beautiful scenic ocean view cliffs. Our Rancho is a quiet privately gated, ocean front, American expat community with vast panoramic ocean views with stair access down our cliffs to a wet sand beach which is accessible to walk for miles when the tide is low. Our community is typically low key and quiet (please be advised that my casita is not a party pad) and we are all very animal friendly around here. Please note that our Rancho does not permit loud parties, events, fireworks or drug use of any kind on the property or beach. The guest Casita is also a non-smoking | non- vaping residence inside and outside out of respectful care and longevity of my furnishings. Our gate guard is on duty 247 however you will have access to a remote control to get your car through our community gate during your stay once you check in. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Please understand that I may not always be available upon your arrival or departure so please take note of these hassle free suggestions. Upon arrival, should the guard be on foot patrol away from the gate, don’t panic! He will be back shortly. You may leave your car parked by the entrance for a few minutes, walk to the casita to pick up your own gate remote, walk back, open the gate and drive your vehicle in. Same measures can be done when leaving after your stay ends. PLEASE do not disturb our community by honking your horn at the gate AND never leave the remote at the guard station! Additional fees for pre-approved early check in’s, late check out’s and stays longer than 6 days: An additional fee of $45.00 will be assessed prior for any pre-approved early check in or late check out. Extended Stay Cleaning Policy ~ We would be delighted to have guests stay up to 28 days maximum with the understanding that additional weekly cleaning will be required with fees applied accordingly. Any stay over 6 days and consecutively on or around every 6th day of a stay we will preschedule at time of booking for additional full service cleaning to include but not limited to changing of bed linens, fresh towels, refill sundries and replace essentials, dust, vacuum, and fully clean bathrooms, cocina, lounge areas, etc.. Fireplace ~ One bundle of longer burn hard wood is provided in the casita upon check in for $15.00. If you decide to use the wood you'll be expected to pay $15.00 before check-out. Pre-order for additional bundles is also available for an additional $15.00 a bundle. PLEASE plan ahead! Do not burn anything other than host provided clean firewood in the fireplace. No exceptions.
