There is an A/C unit that cools the space down nicely, and a new electric fireplace that adds warmth and coziness to the cottage. There is a full kitchen with picnic table and lounge chairs in the side yard. 2 chairs, are located on the front porch provide a nice setting to watch the sunset. Washer and dryer, and BBQ are located in the carport, but carport is being used for storage by host. Before arrival, the guests will be given check in information to include the address, description of the front gate, gate and lock box codes. Please be sure to make certain you are at the correct front gate. Pictures are included in Photos. We are happy to suggest restaurants and wineries to try, things to do, and local attractions happening in the area. Take a walk or a bike ride with the bikes provided around the 4 mile private, quiet, gated housing loop, and stop to see the goats, donkeys, horses, cows, and sheep in the area. Truly a place for nature enthusiasts and animal lovers who treasure tranquility, all whilst you are minutes from the quaint towns of Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, and Solvang. Respect for our neighbors is paramount. Please do not go onto their property, or pet/feed their animals. The cottage is 5 miles from Buellton and Solvang, 4 miles from downtown Santa Ynez, and 3 miles from Los Olivos. Everything is a beautiful drive and easy to get to. -Rental fee includes the cottage rental, county taxes, and parking on the side of cottage and side yard ONLY. Additional guest fee of $20 PER PERSON PER DAY OVER 2 GUESTS. -Visiting our animals MAY be possible by making arrangements ahead of time if schedules permit. -We live in a gated, private community where respect for our neighbors is extremely important. Guests are expected to be quiet and courteous. -Owners are on property
