The space We live in a century home in a highly desired area in Hamilton and the apartment is a new addition to our home. You have a private entrance that is easily accessible and lots of free street parking. The apartment is currently ( Winter 2019) fully renovated - with all NEW amenities- for easy living. And is a extremely quite space. It’s a 1 bedroom - with 2 beds - featuring a large double bed ( bedroom) and single daybed - with a love seat sofa, and living space for two adults. We have supplied/stocked the apt with plenty of items from the Locke St shops. Complimentary items include: Coffee, Tea (from Dundurn Market), Organic Almonds & Chocolate ( Goodness Me) , Books, complimentary cards/services from the Locke Street shops and other items to make your stay enjoyable. Complimentary shampoo/ conditioner, toothpaste, hairdryer & other bathroom toiletries to pamper you. Fully stocked kitchenette -olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt/pepper, and other condiments. Brita filer water, carbonated & flat water, tea towels, dishcloth, soap, hand wipes, tin foil , cling wrap, baggies and more. Pots, baking/ cooking pans, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron/iron board, full utensils for everyday living and baking. Umbrella, market bags and general clean supplies available for use. We are extremely close to Locke Street, McMaster University, Hospitals ( St. Joseph’s and McMaster) and GO Station ( Bus, Hunter GO and Waterfront GO). Everything is either walking, bike - or if you prefer, extremely short car ride. Toronto and Niagara Region ( Wine Country) are 1 hour and 30 mins respectively. Hamilton is home to over 100 waterfalls, close to Bruce Trail, Niagara Escarpment, Royal Botanical Gardens- all less than 30 mins from our home. Farmers markets every Saturday - on Locke Street ( 2 min walk ) or downtown at the Farmers Market ( 20 min walk ). You won’t need anything more- but should you do, we are always here to assist you. All other area of our home is not included in your rental.
