3 bedrooms 4 km from the beach in Colombres

Spacious apartment of about 100 m2 located on a third floor WITHOUT an elevator in the center of Colombres. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with TV. As it is an old house with exposed beams, there is some beef, a problem that we try to remove every year, with the corresponding treatment, although it is slow. That's why, and depending on the date you are staying, they can be found with some bichito that is harmless to us. The space The village of Colombres is the capital of the Concejo de Ribadedeva and although it is very small, we have all the basic establishments: Medical office, Pharmacy, Casa de Cultura with its library and telecenter, sports center, municipal pool, Tourist Office, grocery stores and restaurants. All this is in a radius of no more than 500 meters from the house. Guest access The apartment is full for guests, however the driveway gate and stairs is common with the other three apartments that exist in the house. Other things to note The maximum capacity of the apartment is 5 squares, we do not have a half bed.
