'Fir Tree' at Crylla Valley

'Fir Tree' is a cosy one bedroom property with an en-suite shower room, a lovely open plan living area, Wi-Fi and parking. The bedroom has a King size bed. Outside is a south facing patio area. The space Maximum occupancy is for 2 ADULTS and up to 1 child no older than 12 years of age, the property is not suitable for infants. The property comes with a flat screen TV with Freeview, Wi-Fi, a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron and a full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The open plan lounge also offers a good quality sofa bed suitable for one child up to the age if 12 years, an extra charge of £25 applies if this is requested. The accommodation is not suitable for infants. Pet friendly (dogs only) means that before placing your booking and by prior arrangement we will consider a maximum of two small to medium sized dogs. An additional charge of £5 per night per dog will be made and is to be paid separately to the rental charge. Please note we do not allow puppies 12 months or under. Guest access The home will be yours for the duration of the stay. In addition to the properties outside patio space you will be able to access the whole of the Crylla Valley estate with landscaped gardens, large lawn areas for all to enjoy, a woodland walk, wildlife meadow and play park. Other things to note Whilst staying at Crylla Valley you will be full leisure members at the local China Fleet Golf & Country Club. Entitling guests to FREE unlimited use of the Swimming Pool, Wet Spa, Racquet Sports, Gym and Exercise classes. As members you will also be entitled to 20% discount on all food & drink, the Spa Treatments in the Barn & Golfing at the Club is also reduced. Discounts may vary and age restrictions apply. Continue on before taking the 2nd exit at Carkeel roundabout. Turn left onto the slip road, just before the Saltash tunnel, continue up to the traffic lights. Then turn left into Old Ferry Road and immediately left again into Glanville Terrace. Continue straight along the road, past the golf course, until you reach China Fleet car park on your right.
