This is our small slice of paradise offering you and your group a beautiful getaway location during all four seasons of the year. Interested in renting to family by the month through out year. The space Located in the countryside east of Montreal, we are very well located 5 minutes by car to the town of Knowlton (museum, lovely boutiques, restaurants and world famous Lac Brome Duck), 15 minutes to Bromont (shopping, skiing, waterslides & biking trails), 20 minutes to Sutton (skiing, bike trails, hiking, fine restaurants), 30 minutes to Owl's Head (skiing etc.), 30 minutes to Granby (shopping and more restaurants) and about 1 hour to Montreal. In the winter, you can skate and kite ski on the lake, snowshoe and ski on local cross country tracks, as well as enjoy four ski resorts with scenic downhill runs all within 30 minutes drive. In fall, the landscape and colors are amongst the best in North America. In summer, enjoy life on the water, paddling from your own private access to the lake, swimming from the dock, as well as kayaking or canoeing out on the lake. The designer kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with high-end appliances and even a built-in wine cooler. There is Wi-Fi throughout, a built-in ceiling sound system with outdoor speakers, and large screen TVs above 2 fireplaces, propane in the lower level and wood burning in the living room. This chalet has 2 amazing bedrooms, the master with a king-size bed with lake views from all windows. The guest bedroom with a queen and single bed has lake views on 2 sides of the lake. All linen and towels are provided. On the second floor there is a full bathroom with oversized soaker bath and a large rain shower. On the main level with its heated polished concrete floors there is another full bathroom with a washer and dryer. On the lower level, we have a large family room with heated polished concrete floors and lake views from all windows. In summer, we have air conditioning if the lake breezes are too warm in the evenings. In English: -The terrace offers a view of the lake and even some of the most beautiful sunsets. The designer kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a built-in wine cooler. Wi-Fi, a sound system with outdoor speakers and 2 large TV screens (one above the propane fireplace in the basement and one above the wood fireplace in the living room) are included. This chalet has 2 very nice bedrooms. The master bedroom with a king-size bed offers a view of the lake from all the windows. The guest room with a queen size bed and a single overlooks both sides of the lake. All linen including bed sheets and towels are provided. Upstairs, there is also a full bathroom with a large bath and glass shower. On the ground floor, with its heated polished concrete floors, the bathroom includes a shower as well as a washer and dryer. In the basement there is a large family room with polished concrete floor and a beautiful window overlooking the lake. In summer, air conditioning is available for days when the lake breeze is not enough. Overview of the neighborhood Other things to note Outside we have ample parking for 3 cars and a large deck with amazing lake views for evening dinners cooked on a large barbecue while watching the sunset. The chalet comes with its own private dock where you can enjoy swimming or other water sports on the lake.
