This stylish villa is on premises shared with another residence. Everything is brand new and the property features tranquil gardens with a private pool, basketball court, hammock and charcoal grill. We're a 10 minute walk from the beautiful clear waters of Montagu Beach and Harbour Bay Shopping Centre which includes a grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and Starbucks. Paradise Island is a 10 minute drive away and downtown Nassau a fifteen minute drive away. The space Before we start, here are 3 THINGS PEOPLE LOVE about our villa: 1. Our LOCATION is ideal! We are on a quiet street yet central and accessible to all amenities. A beautiful beach is close by as are shops, Starbucks and fast food restaurants like Domino's and Dairy Queen. 2. The villa is BRAND-NEW! It is fully equipped with quality appliances and comfortable furniture. 3. The property will provide hours of FUN and RELAXATION! We have a pool, basketball court, outdoor grill and a hammock in a beautiful garden setting. Here are THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting: 1. The villa is in a residential area, so NO parties nor loud music or any kind of loud noise is permitted after 11 pm. 2. No pets are allowed as we already have a wonderful family dog. Whilst he is a pitbull, he is a well trained friendly dog who loves to interact and play with family members and friends alike. He is a house dog, however, he generally has free access outdoors. If this routine poses a problem for you, please let us know and we can restrict him to indoors as well as a fenced in outdoor area. 3. Although numerous facilities are within close proximity, you may wish to rent a car to get the most out of your visit. Guest access You will have access to the pool, basketball court, hammock, outdoor grill and gardens.
