Arrive, relax and feel good - Welcome to Bingen! In our house, on the edge of downtown Bingen, there are four apartments between 55 and 120 square meters. From here it is only a few steps to the Rhine promenade and the Hindenburgpark with restaurants and a playground. You can also get an idea of the other three apartments under our profile. The space We bought the house in 2019 and then completely renovated and modernized it, so that today only the stairs and the exposed wooden beams are reminiscent of the old property. We replaced the old windows with high-quality soundproof windows, insulated the facade and installed individually adjustable air conditioning systems in the living rooms. Each apartment has its own character and all four have comprehensive furnishings, so you will not miss anything during your stay. If you still miss something, please contact us, we will try to find a solution. Living comfort and amenities: Our largest apartment on the 3rd / 4th floor is spacious 120 square meters and extends over the 3rd and 4th floor in a duplex style. Upstairs on the 5th floor are two bedrooms, each with a king-size double bed (180 x 200), as well as another bedroom with two sofa beds, on which a 5th and 6th person can sleep. On this floor there is also a large bathroom with large shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. Fresh towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and small toiletries are ready for you. On the 3rd floor you will find a fully equipped, large kitchen where you can prepare one or two delicacies. The large dining table not only offers enough space for shared meals, but is also perfect for a cozy, sociable evening with a glass of wine. To help you start the day relaxed, a fully automatic coffee machine with sufficient coffee beans, sugar, coffee cream, sweetener and various teas is at your disposal. For your cooking experience, we provide salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Of course, dish towels, dishwasher tabs and kitchen towels are also available for use. In the adjacent spacious living area, cozy reading chairs invite you to relax and on the adjacent couch you can relax together in the evening. The large smart TV has WaipuTV and access to prime video. There is also a smart TV with these services at your disposal in the bedrooms. Next to the living area there is a cozy loggia and in the hallway there is a toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer, which can of course be used (detergent is of course available). For families with children, we of course provide a high chair and a crib. Surroundings and excursions: From the apartment it is just a few steps to the Rhine promenade and the Hindenburgpark (former state garden show grounds). Here you can enjoy nature and the Rhine on wonderful walks or simply relax on the meadow. Children will find a playground here that invites them to romp and discover. The restaurants on the Rhine promenade not only have one or two drops of Binger wine, but also many delicacies from the kitchen ready for you. Also within walking distance is downtown Bingen, where shops invite you to stroll and small cafés to enjoy. Whether a hike on the Rochusberg or in the Binger Forest, a bike tour along the Middle Rhine, a boat tour to various castles, or a trip to Rüdesheim and the famous Niederwalddenkmal - there is something for everyone! Guest access We will be happy to welcome you personally on the day of arrival between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. If you would like an early check-in (possible for an additional fee), please call us or write us a short email. Depending on the booking load, we will try to make it possible for you. Also let us know if you arrive after 7 pm, then we will send you the access codes by email. You can enter the house via a number code. You can enter your apartment on the 1st and 3rd floor with a number code and on the ground floor and the 2nd floor with a key. Other things to note Feel free to bring your bicycles. In the courtyard there is a room (accessible to all guests) in which up to 6 bicycles can be accommodated. Please always inform us when you bring your bicycle, only then can we guarantee you a place in our bicycle room. Our apartments are equipped with everything that contributes to a successful stay. Towels, hairdryer, toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine including coffee beans and various teas are available free of charge. Upon arrival, you will also find a good bottle of Binger wine for a perfect start to your holiday.
