This newly renovated two bedroom, two bath home comes with accommodations for up to 6. The Master has a King bed, the 2nd room has a Queen & a Twin bunk bed. The kitchen is fully stocked for any of your culinary needs! With a short 7 minute walk to the beach, this is your perfect place! 25+yrs old. The space Quiet west side location. Yet still within 1 mile to Frank Brown Park, Pier Park, and Aaron Bessant Park. Where you can catch great concerts, baseball tournaments, see a movie, eat at Margaritaville, go up in the Skywheel, or do some shopping! Spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, abundant closest space, and dresser. Enjoy the convenience of the ensuite bathroom, as well. Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for making breakfast before heading to the beach, packing sandwiches to take with you, or making dinner afterward. There is a Pack n' Play and chair top high chair available at no charge. Included are all linens and kitchen/bath towels, starter soaps, shampoos, and starter paper products. Smart TV's in main living area as well as each bedroom! Minimum age of 25. No smoking or pets. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home! There is a backyard with chairs and a bbq grill as well as a small front yard with parking for 2-4 cars.
