Small fenced courtyard with charcoal bbq. Washer and dryer in bodega. 1st floor. Pets welcome when INCLUDED in RESERVATION. $25 fee charged. Guest access You will have private parking for one vehicle. Other things to note This neighborhood is very quiet in general, but we are close to the main boulevard, so the area can sometimes be noisy if there are events happening in town. At times water pressure can be low, due to city shut offs, and if the water is coming from the tinaco only. We have backup systems and you will always have water. Although we regularly fumigate, this is a hot and humid environment! There is a chance you will see a cockroach. Pets are welcome, but MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION, where a $25 pet fee will be applied. The apartment is older, so please, do not expect perfection! But we are always working to make it be the best that it can be.
