Side by Side. You will be booking in total 4 bedrooms, 4 bathroom and 2 sleeper sofas. Each property can accommodate 4 comfortably or 6 with the sleeper sofas. Each unit will have: 2 bedroom 2 full bath rooms Queen Sleeper Sofa Full size kitchen stocked with essentials Washer and Dryer Fenced yard for well behaved pet. Pet must be approved prior to booking. 4 total balconies. 2 balconies located off the living area, Second located off the main bedroom TV in living room with local channels and 1000's of Netflix movies and TV shows. The main bedroom also has a TV. 4 dedicated parking spaces. Fireplace is decorative only. Active Ring Security camera located outside of the property. Guest access Everything at the property. Other things to note Fireplace is decorative only Dishwasher: There is a wall switch on the kitchen wall next to the sink that needs to be in the "on" position to power the dishwasher. 1 switch is to power the disposal the other is to power the dishwasher.
