The space In the beautiful upscale gated community of Puerto Salina Marina, resides "Casa del MarBeach Resort "with your own private sandy beach just a stone's throw away distance from the gates of this beautiful 5,300 sq ft custom home. See your footprints in the sand on our secluded beach right outside your door. Casa del Mar provides many unique amenities that you will be hard pressed to find in other properties in the area. A private pool and spa for you and your party to enjoy. Relax by the pool side while grilling your favorite steaks or seafood :) Relax on our hammocks listening to the sweet tune of the waves. Our property also has high speed internet and multiple tvs provided by satellite, for when you need to connect with the outside world. Our home contains 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortable to sleep a party of 12, however we do provide accommodations for larger parties. The dolphins,sea lions and the whales occasionally put on shows. The sunsets become an everlasting memory, be sure to bring friends to share in the experience. The middle floor houses the master bedroom, complete with ocean view, a private workspace, and en-suite bathroom with shower and jetted bath for when the stresses of the world weigh you down. The bottom floor is where you will spend most of your time when you aren't adventuring. Complete with a family bathroom, sound system with a covered dancingfloor, bar, and full kitchen, everything you need is here. I am always available should you require my services . Should you be in Baja for a fishing trip, we will happily make arrangements for a boat. We know the oceans well and helped many of our guests find the perfect appointment for their needs. Other properties may have parking issues but at Casa del Mar always feel secure with your own gated drive in parking for multiple vehicles. Puerto Salina Marina is a private community, with 24/7 patrol. Our property is conveniently located right off the main highway. La Salina Exit. At night dance away under our magnificent palapa with custom lights and surround sound system. While you dance/listen to your favorite music, other members of your party will enjoy the soothing waters of the beautifully illuminated pool. Should you already be drained, our palapa also has hammocks perfect for reading and relaxation. When the sun falls the chills of the ocean wash ashore, but this won't deter your stay. Our beachfront fireplace will provide the warmth perfect to recall the day's adventure and relish in nostalgia. Your own Paradise:) Guest access House is three stories but guests have access to the middle and bottom floor only,a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths.Additionally guests have access to our beautiful grassy yard and the private sandy beach in front of the house. Our guests also have access to our secure drive in parking inside our gated premises. The entire property is private and not shared. There is a fee of $150 dollars to heat up the Pool. Children must be supervised at all times. Not liable for any incidents related to the swimming pool or jacuzzi areas. Minimum amount of guests is 4,No Exceptions Visitors are absolutely NOT allowed at any time unless they pay the rental fee . Pets must be discussed and have owner's approval,if approved there will be be a pet fee of $50 dollars a night. Events are allowed for an extra fee. Other things to note For your convenience, information on rates for Casa Del Mar: Our rate is $75 dollars per person per night. There is a cleaning fee of $150 dollars. Pets can be discussed. Visitors are NOT allowed unless they pay the rental fee even if the visitors don't don't spend the night. There is a fee to have the pool pre heated. Fee is $150 dollars. The fee to heat up the pool can be higher depending on weather conditions and the length of your reservation. check in time is between 3 and 7 pm Check out is no later than Noon.
