Guest access You have full, private access to your room and en-suite shower room, just like in a hotel. We provide daily servicing between 11am and 3pm, where single use items will be replenished and sheets and towels replaced if necessary. Check-in is fully automated. All rooms at The Hugo are serviced daily between 11am and 3pm by our housekeeping team, who will change any bedding and towels as required and replenish toiletries and other items. Check-in is fully automated - you must have this information with you when you arrive or you will not be able to access your room.
