ORANGERIE CA is a magnificent villa recently built with modern lines and inserted in a private and exclusive condominium surrounded by golf courses. The house is composed of 2 very comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant dining area and a living room with a lot of character and with exit to a comfortable garden lounge. Our guests will surely enjoy the magnificent beaches in the area. The space Outstanding house recently built, with modern lines and inserted in a private condominium surrounded by golf courses. The access to the house is made through the main entrance door that leads to a small indoor garden. From there you will have access to a second door that opens onto the entrance hall of the house. On the right, a living room with a sofa bed facing the extensive and excellent garden of the condominium. On the private terrace you will find a comfortable garden lounge, an ideal place to relax and enjoy your perfect drink while admiring the well-kept gardens of the condominium. The modern and very functional kitchen will certainly be appreciated by all those who like to cook. Very well equipped, there you will find a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, mixer, juice machine, etc. A dishwasher separates the kitchen from the beautiful dining area overlooking the condominium gardens. On the left side of the house are the two comfortable bedrooms and a small interior garden. The bedroom on the right is equipped with two single beds and can be transformed into a double bed. The bedroom on the left (suite) is furnished with a large double bed. In the middle of the two bedrooms is the second bathroom in the house. ORANGERIE CA is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and WI-FI. Each room is equipped with a large LCD TV. The condo is extremely quiet and well maintained. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as: . Traveling to open doors (forgotten or lost keys). . Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products. . Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence). . Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information. New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Loulé municipal tourist tax. The value of the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 (two euros) per person. Between November 1st and March 31st (low season) a 50% reduction will be applied to the base value of the municipal tourist tax, that is, it will be €1.00 (one euro).
