Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is ideal for couples, families, and friends looking to getaway! Saida 2404 is located in the Saida Towers Complex. This gated community offers both security and privacy during your stay with on site security. You need to bring your toiletries, sunscreen, food, drinks, and beach towels. Our condo provides free WiFi so you can stay connected during your stay, if you so choose. We will provide you with two parking permits. We understand having all the comfort ts of home and have provided as many comforts for you as possible. The condo includes an iron and ironing board for your use. Additionally, the Saida complex has a coin-operated laundry facility for your convenience. The Saida Towers also includes some tremendous amenities to help you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Some of the amenities include 3 pools (one heated seasonally), 2 hot tubs, numerous tennis courts, a seasonal pool-side bar & snack bar, and seasonal beach rentals (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.). Everyone in your family is sure to find something they love here! The elegant master bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed and a flat screen TV so you can unwind at the end of a fun filled day on the beach! A condo on South Padre Island wouldn't truly be paradise without an unbeatable view of the Gulf of Mexico. The bedroom has large windows that overlook the waves crashing on the shoreline. You can enjoy a memorable sunrise from the comfort of your own bedroom. We suggest watching one of the many colorful sunrises shimmering over the morning water. The master bathroom is just as luxurious. There is a single vanity, beautiful countertops, relaxing blue walls, great lighting, and plenty of room for everybody. The second bedroom has two twin size beds. It is tropically decorated and has a flat screen TV too. The spacious second bathroom also has a single vanity and great lighting. There is plenty of room in this bathroom for everybody's things. We love that our living room is classy, modern, and inviting all at the same time. We've decorated with lots of greenery and neutral tones to set the mood to enjoy paradise. The big screen TV is perfect for a movie night or cheering on your favorite team together. We have provided plenty of seating for everybody to have an evening full of making memories and laughter together. There is room to play a game or two as well. The couch doubles as a queen size sofa bed for additional sleeping space. One of our favorite features is the fourth floor private balcony. You can gain access to the balcony from a door in the living room that leads seamlessly onto the balcony. There is patio furniture so you can relax in the sun while reading a book or feel the island breeze in the evening while sipping on a glass of wine. Our beautiful dining room table seats 4. There are 3 bar stools for additional seating so everybody can enjoy meal times together. The luxurious setting lets you feel as if you are fine dining at every meal. We know that you will fall in love with our fully equipped and modern kitchen. It will have you making your favorite meals even on vacation with its granite countertops and cook top stove. It comes with all standard appliances and even a cutlery set. Don't forget to bring back your catch of the day to prepare it just how you like it or wake up to delicious sizzling bacon at breakfast in the morning. Paper products: Start up roll of paper towels, Coffee filters 1 to 3 start up rolls of bath tissue in each bath depending on length of stay Soaps: 1 automatic dishwasher tablet for each day of stay 1 3 oz bottle dish washing liquid several 1.5 oz hand soaps in each bathroom Coin-op laundry room is on the first floor of the building next to the north stairwell. Maid Service: Maid service is available for an additional charge and can be requested with 24 hours advance notice Towel exchange: Our property manager offers a free towel exchange at their off site laundry located about 1.5 miles from our property. Towel delivery: Towel delivery is available for an additional charge Parking: 2 Free parking permits are included in rental.
