The Rocky Point is an American owned adults only boutique hotel located in beautiful Puerto Peñasco Mexico, since 2018. Coffee is available each morning. Our guard gated custom home community is centrally located near local hot spots, including the beach, restaurants & nightlife. Enjoy your stay on top of the iconic Whale Hill overlooking the Sea of Cortez in the 7,000 SF home, offering 7 private unique en-suites to choose from. The space "The Sophie" (1 of 7 en-suites) is a comfortable en-suite for two guests. The en-suite is located on the ground level with a comfortable queen poster bed, our softest mattress, walk-in closet, & desk area. The private bathroom has a garden tub & is complete with soft linens and complimentary toiletries. Enjoy satellite TV (Dish), in room temperature controls, WIFI, and a mini fridge. While the Sophie is very cozy & our most economical en-suite, please note that it is our smallest & the ONLY suite that does not have some type of Sea view. * Please click on our profile photo to see all 7 en-suites to make sure you select the one that best fits your needs. * Coffee is available each morning in the coffee corner. * The balcony is available for all guests' enjoyment from 8AM to 8PM. It is available only to "The Master" occupants from 8PM to 10PM. The balcony is closed from 10PM to 8AM. We ask that all guests honor "quiet time" from 10PM to 8AM to ensure rest and relaxation. * Our goal is your satisfaction, we will always try to exceed your expectations. It's not just a stay at The Rocky Point....... it's an experience. "Up the hill from ordinary, hospitality over the sea." No smoking, pets (due to severe staff allergies to dogs....no exceptions), or unregistered guests allowed on site. 2 guests per suite. Guest access Along with your private en-suite, guests may enjoy access to the lobby, foyer, coffee corner and balcony. The Rocky Point is currently NOT serving breakfast. Prices have been DISCOUNTED accordingly. The balcony is available for all guests' enjoyment from 8AM to 8PM. We ask that all guests honor "quiet time" from 10PM to 8AM to ensure rest and relaxation within the home. LATE CHECK-OUT fee: If you have not pre-arranged a late check out of $20 per hour (only if available), there is a late check-out fee of $25 that will be assessed for every HALF hour after 11:00 that housekeeping is not given access to suites.
