Our Policies and Rules: - Check-in times are from 4pm to 6pm (4pm to 9pm on Fridays): Please let us know what time you will arrive for check-in. - Departure time is 11:00. - No visitors inside or outside the cottages or between the cottages at no time. No visitors to the site (wellness center and beach) at no time allowed. If the number of people listed on your rental agreement is not respected, We reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund. In addition, as tenants are not interchangeable, they cannot be replaced by a third party during their stay. - 1 to 2 small dogs (20 pounds or less) and over 1 year old are accepted in all chalets. Cats and other animals are not accepted. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your little dog. The supplement is $15 per day. No pets are allowed at the beach or by the pool. Your dog's excrement must be picked up and thrown in the trash even in the winter. - All cottages are non-smoking. You can smoke outside (see instructions with the reception when you arrive). You'll be charged a fee of $250 to $500 if we find out you've smoked inside. One of the occupants must be 21 years old or older for cottages of 1 to 6 people and 25 years old or older for cottages of 7 to 12 people or be accompanied by one or more parents. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or interruption resulting from a power outage, city water supply, WiFi network, or any other situation beyond our control or force majeure. Don't forget to bring your swimsuits to enjoy the wellness center and the lake. _________________ By accepting the terms, the tenant undertakes to: 1. Allow the landlord to make emergency repairs and necessary improvements to the rental, 2. Only use the rented premises for resort purposes and not for a noisy party. If not, we reserve the right to expel the occupants without any refund. 3. Do not play music outdoors and also no excess noise inside during your rental. 4. Allow the leased premises to be inspected by management during normal hours during the rental. 5. Do not sublet or assign the rights to this lease without the consent of the landlord. 6. Return the cottage key(s) to the landlord's office or drop them in the box near the reception door. You'll be charged $35 per missing key. 7. No private boats or motors are allowed in our lake. (kayak, canoe, boards, etc.) _________________ - NO LOUD MUSIC / NOISE outside AT ANY TIME (chalet/wellness center/waterfront). - Candles are strictly forbidden. - For duplex style units: No loud music or loud noise inside between 10pm and 8am. - Wood-burning fireplace: Keep the fireplace gates closed at all times. When turning on, close the glass doors of the fireplace to remove smoke to the outside for a minimum of 5 minutes. Only burn dry wood in the fireplaces (do not use wood from the forest). Do not cut wood anywhere. - Natural gas fireplace: You can use 30 minutes or 60 minutes at any one time. When the fireplace has completed the cycle, please WAIT at least 15 minutes before restarting the fireplace. - BBQs are propane only. Prohibited from burning charcoal or other fuel. (summer only) - No private BBQ allowed. - Please CLOSE the umbrellas when not in use (winds) - Check with SOPFEU for outdoor camp lights – No fireworks allowed. - No waterfront fishing or dockside fishing. You need to rent a boat. No boats (kayak, canoe, board, etc.) or private motor are allowed in our lake. _________________ If you have a private hot tub: - Please take a shower before going into the hot tub - No substances allowed in the spa: cream, oil, lotion, soap, etc. - Always close lid when finished using the spa; - The hot tub automatically stops after some time; - Do NOT CHANGE the temperature; - DO NOT HANDLE jet nozzles - LEAVE the CHLORINE DISPENSER FLOATING IN the SPA AT ALL TIMES; EVEN WHEN YOU ARE IN IT; if the spa is not in good condition when checking out, a fee could be charged to you. - Not recommended for pregnant women and those who are fragile in the heart. _________________ Wellness center facility rules: PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES Hours of operation: 8:30 am to 11:30 pm by reservation. Indoor pool, steam bath, gym and spa; are accessible unless there are government restrictions or repairs are in progress. If one or more facilities are open, these are free of charge but a reservation is required for access to the center. Access to the spa, gym and steam bath is reserved for 16 and older only even if accompanied by an adult. Wellness Center SPA: 16 + ONLY - Please take a shower before going into the hot tub; - Always close lid when finished using the spa; - Not recommended for pregnant women and those who are fragile in the heart; - The SPA is for ADULTS only; - No children under 16 years allowed (even accompanied by an adult). Wellness Center Pool - FOR EVERYONE - The depth of the pool is 1.5 m (5 feet); - Do not dive, jump, splash, run, jostle in and by the pool; - Children aged 14 or under must be attended by an adult; - For your safety, it is forbidden to swim alone without supervision. _________________ When picking up the key at the reception, if you need any additional information about WiFi, boats, BBQs, wellness center or other, we will be happy to answer you upon your arrival.
