Restaurants (The Loop!), shops, Washington University, & Forest Park! They also love the cozy sun room. Some guests have commented negatively on the neighborhood, as the home is on a main street, but it is a safe, quiet family street. Welcome to our home. It has been updated in the last few years and is furnished to be very comfortable. The location is great, with The Loop's: Bars, Restaurants and shops, a few blocks away! Bright, cheery space with lots of windows! This classic beauty has an open spacious feel, with lots of natural light in the living room and comfortable rooms. Upon first walking in, you'll find a cozy living room with a plush couch, end and coffee tables for your beverages, and a 46" Smart TV to stream all your favorite TV shows and Movies. We do not include Cable. Free Wifi Internet throughout. Central AC & Heat. Next are the two warm Bedrooms where you can curl up with a book or snuggle in for the night. The enjoyable queen-sized bed sleeps two easily. The room is also completed by side tables, lamps, closet + dresser for clothing storage. At the end of the hall you will find the bathroom. Let the stress melt away with a relaxing soak in the bathtub. To the right of the living room you'll find a dining set for 4, which doubles as a convenient workspace. Then into our spacious kitchen, with ample counter space, stocked with all the supplies for the cook in the family. Dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave -- are all there for your use. Off of the kitchen is our bonus sunroom! Complete with two plush chairs for reading or enjoying your morning beverage. Enjoy it as a sunny spot to catch some warm rays. Outside this door we have a patio dining set for 4, overlooking the grassy enclosed backyard -- great for children. The washer and Dryer are located in the basement. 1 car fits in the driveway and there is ample street parking. We like to serve corporate clients and those looking for temporary housing. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note there is nobody living on-site 24/7. For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart. ☞ All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with parents. ☞ 4 people max, we charge per guest, please have an accurate guest count. ☞ There is a camera above the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave immediately. ☞ No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per. ☞ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control. ☞ We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay.
